Virtual Mentorship
Dr. Alleyne continues to mentor students from around the world both in his office and operating room as well as virtually.

In-Person Shadowing Rotation
Dr. Alleyne offers opportunities for clinical rotations in Plastic Surgery at his private practice in St. Louis, Missouri. From the office to the operating room, learn what it takes to get into the most competitive medical specialties.
As spots are very limited, this is offered through a separate and competitive application process.
Note: Admission to an in-person rotation is done on a rolling basis. Awardees are notified within 2 weeks of an acceptance.

Dr. Alleyne has hundreds of hours of experience interviewing for college, medical school, residency, fellowship and research positions.
Additionally, he had undergone formal CEO level leadership training, public speaking and interview training at Washington University in St. Louis as part of his Masters in Business Administration degree.
Dr. Alleyne will share his experience from being on both sides of the table. Both as an applicant as well as a medical school admissions team member and residency admissions team member.
